As you can imagine, if you have recognised the look of the page, it is about Africa here. But what do I have to do with Africa? I will live and work there for 10 month as of the 15th of February - in the Repulik of South Africa to be more precise.
The possibility is given to me by Nangu Thina, the German Catholic Scout Association of St. George and the South African Scout Association.
So its about youth work here. I´ll work in the province of Mpumalanga and support the scouts there. That means: Plan and perform Projekts, develop scout leaders, pedagogical assistance for new scout troops, public relations and much more.
To ducument my work and get friends and family at home up to date, I created this homepage. I hope I´ve got the time there to care about it consistently. Further more I´d like to point out, that the costs of my voluntary work aren´t fully covered. So I´m in need of people, who support me.
Unfortunately this is the only page I translated into english jet. Further ones will follow, when I´ve got the time or my english has become better.
